At Golden Bloom UAE, we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, delivery partner delays).
- Flowers that have been handled improperly after delivery.
3. Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 48 hours.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement in cases of:
- Damaged or incorrect items received.
- Significant quality issues.
- Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Orders already dispatched or prepared for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.
